Privacy Policy

LABA respects the privacy of individuals and recognizes the importance of ensuring the security of the media in which their data is stored. As such, LABA has adopted this Privacy Policy. It explains how and why we collect, store and use personal information.

 

 

1 – Who processes your data? 

 

LABA is directly responsible for the processing of these data. It is an association under the law of 1901, SIRET n° 79896205600023, APE code: 9499Z.

2 – What information do we collect, how long do we keep it and why do we collect it?

 

The information we collect from our users is provided by consent. That is to say when the contact form “contact us” is completed and sent.

 

The purpose of processing this information is to contact the user again in order to answer his/her questions and to exchange directly with him/her about our activities and projects.

 

In this sense, the data is stored directly in our tool Bob El Web. This allows a better internal organization and an improvement of the quality of our partner relationship.

 

Some data is also collected when registering on the LABA newsletter form. The collected data is stored 3 years after the last interaction with a user.

 

In the case of a conversion with a user, this data is stored for the entire performance period, in particular in order to meet legal obligations such as proof of a service performed. 

 

Communication 

LABA may use the information collected from its users to communicate with them about current and potentially future information.

 

What are the legal fundamentals of data processing? 

We process the data mentioned above on legal bases determined as follows :

 

1 – The processing is essential for the performance of one of the activities. These data are obligatory and the cessation of their processing will block the entire relationship with the user.

 

2 – Consent : Any user included in the database may, if he or she so wishes and at any time, withdraw his or her consent and request to obtain, modify or delete data concerning him or her. 

 

3 – Legitimate interest : We use your data for purposes that are not detrimental to your privacy. The information is used for the following purposes:

4 – What are tracking technologies, and how are they used? 

 

LABA may use tracking technologies such as cookies. These technologies are used to analyze trends, administer Web sites, track users’ movements through Web sites or applications, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

 

We use this technology for a variety of purposes, including authentication. Users can control the use of cookies through their browsers. If you reject cookies, you may continue to use our website, but use of certain features or access to certain areas of our sites may be restricted.

 

 

5 – What level of security is applied to your personal data? 

 

In order to protect the confidentiality of the data and information allowing our users to identify themselves, we have equipped ourselves with physical, technical and administrative protection devices. We regularly update and test our security technology.

 

We restrict access to your personal data to our employees. Finally, we train them to understand the importance of confidentiality and to maintain the privacy and security of the information.
