Founded in 2013, Le LABA is a centre of expertise specialising in European funding in the field of creative and cultural industries, tourism and sport. Its activity is comprehensive and innovative for actors cooperating at the international level and in the search for European funding.

It is aimed at companies, associations, local authorities and economic actors in the Social and Solidarity Economy sector.

Based in New Aquitaine, it has a local branch in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
